I travel to you, whether you are at:
URGENT CARE LOCATIONS, HOTELS, CONDOMINIUMS, COURT, JAILS, NURSING HOME, YOUR HOME, OFFICE, OR HOSPITALS!
Hours and service areas
I am available 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week for Maui County.
I can also service the State of Hawaii if arrangements are made ahead of time regarding travel and location.

I provide Notary Public services for the following types of documents: Bill of Sale, Power of Attorney, Adoption, Domestic Partnership, Divorce, Consent Forms, Warranty, Quitclaims, Loans, Retirement Paperwork, Notary Documents, Administration of Oaths, Affidavits, and other legal documents.
I can deliver your documents to mail couriers such as United States Postal Service, Federal Express, or United Parcel Service.
I can make copies and fax items for an additional fee.

TRAVEL FEES ARE NEGOTIABLE – dependent on LOCATION, and type of SERVICES required.
$5.00 is required for each signature.
Fees apply if there is a “waiting period” – $50.00 per hour.
Fees apply if there is a Returned Check – $30.00.
Credit Card payments, Cash, or Check are accepted forms of payment.
*NOTE: If the person and/or their witnesses requesting Notary Public Services does not show up, does not bring proper identification, or does not sign the document then half of the travel fee is due to compensate for Lahaina Mobile Notary LLC expenses.

YOU (and your witness) MUST HAVE A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PICTURE IDENTIFICATION CARD Unexpired.
Identification Cards are not acceptable forms of Identification.
Examples of Acceptable Identification – Drivers License, State Identification Card, Passport and Passport Identification Card.
