My name is Dawn Hegger-Nordblom, I founded Lahaina Mobile Notary in 2018. I recognized a need for a mobile Notary Public on the West Side of Maui after my experiences of not being able to find a notary, unavailable individuals to witness a document due to their work schedule, and inconvenient notary office hours. 

Lahaina Mobile Notary LLC can come to your home, office, nursing home, condominiums, business, urgent care facilities, jail, prison, hospitals, and anywhere in Maui County. Lahaina Mobile LLC provides the convenience of getting important documents signed with a stress free experience.

I am also the owner of a small planning firm called Ke Kai Planning LLC and I have a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. I have worked for the State of Hawaii for the last eighteen years as well as the City and County of Honolulu and County of Maui as a Senior Planner, Community Outreach Liaison, Legislative Maters, Budget and Fiscal matters, and as a Public Information Officer.

My Commission expires on April 1, 2026.
